GC1 is a listed investment company. Its objective is to give investors exposure to a portfolio of smaller Australian companies, through a single investment listed on the ASX.
How the portfolio is managed
- A concentrated portfolio, typically of 20 to 60 securities.
- ASX-listed companies outside the S&P/ASX 100 that we judge to be undervalued.
- Active and long only. No short selling and no leverage.
- A long term investment focus, engaging with the companies we own.
Investment manager
The portfolio is managed by Glennon Capital Pty Ltd (AFSL 338567), a Sydney investment manager, under an investment management agreement with the company. Glennon Capital also offers wholesale portfolios and individually managed accounts.
